I didn't sleep well last night - simply couldn't fall asleep till 2.30 or so - and was accordingly half-dead all day. If this becomes a recurring event, then I'll have a problem. I can't go through the day properly without at least six and a half hours of sound sleep. *sigh ( Read more... )

I feel like a punctured balloon. Not only because of the extra work (and extra stress) of the last week or so, I apparently managed to eat something that didn't agree with me and spent the night being woken up by belly aches every other hour. ... keeps stabbing me in the back. Quite literally, in fact. It is enough to roll onto my back in my sleep in the wrong angle and I'm done in. Today, I got up with considerable effort and with a back as stiff as a board. And now the intermittent pain in my lower back is back. Oh, joy.
